CNS*1996 Travel Grants

Support from the NIMH and NSF will allow the meeting organizers to offer some participants funds to attend the meeting.

Priority will be given to students and postdoctoral fellows who are authors on papers. In past years, some support has also been available for others.

While the total size of grants will depend on the number of requests, last year the following grants were given:

• $150 local (east coast this year)
• $250 middle distance
• $350 distant (west coast, overseas)

If travel grants are available, the necessary forms will be filled out during meeting registration. Checks will be mailed after the end of the conference.

Interest in travel grants should be indicated in the appropriate location on the registration form. Early registration is advised for this reason.
