ATTENTION ALL CONFERENCE-GOERS:
Please make your reservations at the Asilomar Conference Center as soon as possible.
The conference room rates at Asilomar are applicable through Sunday, July 8, 2001.
You will be able to reserve your rooms at the special rates up until Monday, May 14, 2001.
Please note the following:
1) transportation will be provided from the Ramada Plaza Hotel on Sunday, July 1 to the Asilomar Conference Center. If you need transportation from San Francisco to Asilomar Conference Center, please contact Judy Macias.
2) If you need transportation from Asilomar to San Francisco on Friday, July 6, 2001, buses will be available beginning at 12:30.

The price to go from Asilomar to San Francisco Airport will be $19.50.
If you are leaving prior to July 6, please contact Monterey Salinas Airbus at (831) 883-2871 or email your request on their website at www.montereyairbus.com. The cost to go from Monterey to San Francisco Airport will be approximately $40.00 per person.
3) California has approved a temporary utility surcharge of $3.00/night for each overnight guest room
